International Welcome
Staff from the International Office accompanied by the Rector himself welcome the new students to Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB) at the International Welcome.
Various university institutions such as AkaFö (responsible for accommodation etc.), the Centre for Foreign Language Training and AStA (General Students’ Committee) are present at this event. They introduce themselves, talk about what they have to offer and are present at information stands to chat to you and answer any questions you have.
The RUBiss team presents the semester and excursion programme and you will have the opportunity to get to know other students in a relaxed atmosphere at the buffet afterwards.
The International Welcome reception for the Summer Semester 2013 takes place on 5th April at 4.30 p.m. at Veranstaltungszentrum (mensa building), hall 2a.
