You can terminate your registration at the Registrar's Office (UV Building).
- Fill in the form to cancel your registration at RUB (Forms are available in the foyer of the main administration building or can be downloaded from this page on the right)
- Take your student card (you will get it back at the end of the process)

Transcript of academic records
You can get the form from the International Office or download it from this page. Please bring the certificates you have obtained from your courses, signed by a representative of your faculty. Fill in the Transcript of Academic Records and have it signed by your tutor from your faculty. If you cannot obtain all certificates before your departure, please arrange for them to be sent to your home address.
