The International Portal deals with all topics related to the internationalisation of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
On the portal you will find information from the International Office (IO) if you come from abroad and
- are interested in studying at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum
- are studying at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum as part of an exchange programme or as a degree seeking student
- have a refugee background and are interested in studying
- are an international researcher
The International Office is also happy to support you with planning, financing and carrying out your stays abroad

In addition to that, the International Offices advises the members of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in all aspects related to initiating and maintaining international collaborations and partnerships and with respect to the internationalisation of teaching, research, services and operations.
